The Helical Equalizer is classified as a Starfield resource, however it ended up becoming a piece of cut content and never saw release in the Starfield base game. The Manufactured resource Helical Equalizer can still be found in the Starfield Creation Kit files, and has a value of 0 Credits and a mass of 0.0. At some point, the Helical Equalizer may have been used in a crafting recipe of some kind but, as the resource was never released, it is unknown what purpose the Helical Equalizer would have served. The item’s ID remains, meaning it should be possible to spawn the Helical Equalizer into the game using a console command. For reasons unknown, you may occasionally receive a Starfield mission requesting you deliver a set amount of Helical Equalizer. This is a bug, which may have been addressed by Bethesda in one of the many numerous Starfield updates. Should you still encounter this bug, your best bet is to either spawn the item in with a console command, or abandon the quest entirely.Helical Equalizer overview
