Not to be confused with the city of Neon, the element Neon – Ne – is a noble gas famous for its use in neon lighting. Fortunately, its uses don’t end there, as it’s also used as a cryogenic refrigerant in its liquid form, and has the potential to create helium-neon lasers.

Starfield Neon is a Starfield resource which can be used in a number of crafting recipes. Neon is classed as Inorganic. The rarity of the resource determines how difficult it is to find Neon, and also affects the overall credit value of the resource when you are looking to buy or sell stockpiles of Neon.
Resources like Neon can be found in a number of locations and planets throughout Starfield. However, the fastest method to gather resources is to bulk purchase them from a Starfield resource vendor like Midtown Minerals or the Mining League.
