Starfield Robotics skill overview
The Starfield Robotics skill is a tier 3 skill in the Tech skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Robotics skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.
The Robotics skill increases the amount of damage you can do to robots, and allows you to force robots to stop fighting for a limited time. As you rank up this skill you will deal more damage to robots and be able to make them flee from combat. If you want the upper hand when facing robotic enemy this skill will give you a definite advantage.
In-game Robotics skill description
In an age where robots and autonamous turrets are employed in a combat capacity, the study of robotics can be instrumental in gaining a tactical edge.
The Robotics skill has the following ranks and stats:

You deal 10% more damage to Robots and Turrets. You can force a target robot up to 10 levels higher than you to stop fighting for a limited time. Destroy 5 robots. 2 
You deal 20% more damage to Robots and Turrets. You can force a target robot up to 10 levels higher than you to flee for a limited time. Destroy 25 robots. 3 
You deal 30% more damage to Robots and Turrets. You can force a target robot up to 10 levels higher than you to attack their allies for a limited time. Destroy 50 robots. 4 
You can force a target robot up to 10 levels higher than you to obey commands for a limited time. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Robotics console command
If you want to add the Robotics Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 002C5553
By repeating the player.addperk 002C5553 command, you can bypass the Robotics rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Robotics skill.
To remove the Robotics skill, you can use the following command:
player.removeperk 002C5553
