Starfield Neurostrikes skill overview
The Starfield Neurostrikes skill is a tier 4 skill in the Physical skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Neurostrikes skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.
The Neurostrikes skill gives a chance for unarmed attacks to stun enemies. As you rank up this skill you will be able to inflict EM damage with unarmed attacks. The final rank allows you to knock down enemies within close range after stunning an enemy. Unarmed attacks can be enhanced by this skill, giving you an advantage in unarmed combat, this skill is great for brawler builds.
In-game Neurostrikes skill description
Once considered the realm of fiction, the ability to disable an opponent without using a weapon is terrifyingly effective when performed by a skilled practitioner.
The Neurostrikes skill has the following ranks and stats:

10% chance to stun an NPC with an unarmed attack. Stun 10 enemies with an unarmed attack. 2 
Unarmed attacks now do additional EM damage. Stun 30 enemies with an unarmed attack. 3 
20% chance to stun an NPC with an unarmed attack. Stun 75 enemies with an unarmed attack. 4 
After stunning an enemy, you also knock down any enemies within close range. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Neurostrikes console command
If you want to add the Neurostrikes Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 002C53B4
By repeating the player.addperk 002C53B4 command, you can bypass the Neurostrikes rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Neurostrikes skill.
To remove the Neurostrikes skill, you can use the following command:
player.removeperk 002C53B4
