Starfield Martial Arts skill overview
The Starfield Martial Arts skill is a tier 3 skill in the Physical skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Martial Arts skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.
The Martial Arts skill buffs melee and unarmed attacks by giving you buffs while unarmed or weilding a melee weapon. As this skill is ranked you will have a chance to disarm opponents with a melee or unarmed power attack, upon reaching rank 4 you will be able to reflect 50% of damage when blocking an unarmed or melee attack. This skill would be great for any brawler type builds or anyone looking to be more effective in melee combat.
In-game Martial Arts skill description
There are currently hundreds of martial arts practiced in the Settled Systems, some originating on ancient Earth, some newly created, almost all effective in combat.
The Martial Arts skill has the following ranks and stats:

15% increased chance to crit with a melee or unarmed attack. Deal 250 damage with unarmed attacks. 2 
15% chance to disarm an opponent with a melee or unarmed power attack. Disarm 10 enemies using melee or unarmed attacks. 3 
While unarmed or wielding a melee weapon, take 10% less damage. Disarm 30 enemies using melee or unarmed attacks. 4 
Reflect 50% damage back when blocking a melee or unarmed attack. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Martial Arts console command
If you want to add the Martial Arts Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 002C5554
By repeating the player.addperk 002C5554 command, you can bypass the Martial Arts rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Martial Arts skill.
To remove the Martial Arts skill, you can use the following command:
player.removeperk 002C5554
