Starfield Boxing skill overview

The Starfield Boxing skill is a tier 1 skill in the Physical skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Boxing skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.

The Boxing skill increases damage dealt by unarmed attacks and reduces O2 consumed when performing unarmed attacks. Upon mastering this skill you will have a chance to knock down opponents.

If you want to focus on close combat engagements when fighting enemies, this skill will be for you, as it has the potential for a large damage output.

In-game Boxing skill description

Once considered a “sport of kings,” boxing is still practiced as a recreational competitive activity, but its combat applications can’t be denied.

The Boxing skill has the following ranks and stats:

1		Unarmed attacks do 25% more damage. 25% less O2 used when using a power attack.	Kill 20 enemies with unarmed attacks.
2		Unarmed attacks do 50% more damage. 50% less O2 used when using a power attack.	Kill 50 enemies with unarmed attacks.
3		Unarmed attacks do 75% more damage. While in a fight and unarmed, running consumes 30% less O2.	Kill 100 enemies with unarmed attacks.
4		Unarmed attacks do 100% more damage and have a chance to knock down opponents.	You have mastered this skill.

How to unlock Boxing console command

If you want to add the Boxing Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:

player.addperk 002C59DF

By repeating the player.addperk 002C59DF command, you can bypass the Boxing rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Boxing skill.

To remove the Boxing skill, you can use the following command:

player.removeperk 002C59DF
