Starfield’s Shinya Voss is one of several Starfield NPCs you can encounter during your exploration of the Settled Systems. Shinya Voss is affiliated with Crimson Fleet.
With a heart of dynamite (literally), Shinya oversees the bulk of the transactions and credit accounts on behalf of the Crimson Fleet. Despite his importance, or perhaps because of it, the leader of the Crimson Fleet saw fit to install a remote controlled explosive device into Shinya’s chest. As a result, he hasn’t left The Key in over five years.
