Apart from being extremely toxic in high concentrations, Chlorine is a gas at room temperature, making its extraction something of a danger in Starfield should you get close to a Chlorine vent. Regardless, you’re almost certainly going need a few chlorine stockpiles for use in researching pharmaceuticals, and in a variety of disinfection and sanitation purposes in Starfield.
