Ballistic ship weapons have 10% increased damage and cost 20% less to use in Targeting Mode. Deal 1000 damage to enemy ships with ballistic weapons. 2 
Ballistic ship weapons have 20% increased damage and recharge 15% faster. Deal 4000 damage to enemy ships with ballistic weapons. 3 
Ballistic ship weapons have 30% increased damage and recharge 30% faster. Deal 10000 damage to enemy ships with ballistic weapons. 4 
Ballistic ship weapons do 50% more damage to individual systems. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Ballistic Weapon Systems console command
If you want to add the Ballistic Weapon Systems Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 002CE2C2
By repeating the player.addperk 002CE2C2 command, you can bypass the Ballistic Weapon Systems rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Ballistic Weapon Systems skill.
