Starfield Cellular Regeneration skill overview
The Starfield Cellular Regeneration skill is a tier 3 skill in the Physical skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Cellular Regeneration skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.
Cellular Regeneration allows you to recover from injuries more often. The final skill rank provides a chance to not gain an injury when you otherwise would.
Cellular Regeneration is a useful skill to have if you ever find yourself lacking the necessary medical items to heal yourself as you may heal naturally.

Whether through secret experimentation or just plain healthy living, boosting the body’s ability to naturally recover from injuries can mean the difference between life and death.
The Cellular Regeneration skill has the following ranks and stats:

Moderately increased chance to recover from injuries naturally. Recover from 10 injuries. 3 
Noticeably increased chance to recover from injuries naturally. Recover from 30 injuries. 4 
20% chance of not gaining an injury when you otherwise would. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Cellular Regeneration console command
If you want to add the Cellular Regeneration Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 0028AE14
By repeating the player.addperk 0028AE14 command, you can bypass the Cellular Regeneration rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Cellular Regeneration skill.
To remove the Cellular Regeneration skill, you can use the following command:
player.removeperk 0028AE14
