Starfield Demolitions skill overview
The Starfield Demolitions skill is a tier 2 skill in the Combat skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Demolitions skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.
This skill buffs explosions and provides your grenades with a trajectory arc. As you level up this skill, the blast radius of explosions will be increased. Damage dealt from explosions will also be increased, and damage taken from explosions will be reduced. Upon mastering this skill, all of the buffs from each skill rank will be doubled. Grenades can be a great way to deal with large groups of enemies, and you can use mines to lay a series of traps and take control of the battlefield.
In-game Demolitions skill description
With the proper adjustment of chemical mixtures, couples with modifications to the detonation mechanism, explosives can produce an even greater destructive yield.
The Demolitions skill has the following ranks and stats:

Throwing grenades now shows a trajectory arc. Explosions have a 25% larger radius. Kill 20 enemies with explosives. 2 
Explosives do 25% more damage. Kill 50 enemies with explosives. 3 
Reduce damage taken from explosives by 25%. Kill 100 enemies with explosives. 4 
All previous bonuses are doubled. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Demolitions console command
If you want to add the Demolitions Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 002C5556
By repeating the player.addperk 002C5556 command, you can bypass the Demolitions rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Demolitions skill.
To remove the Demolitions skill, you can use the following command:
player.removeperk 002C5556
