Starfield Marksmanship skill overview
The Starfield Marksmanship skill is a tier 3 skill in the Combat skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Marksmanship skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.
The Marksmanship skill increases the critical hit chance when using non-automatic weapons, with each increase in rank raising your critical hit chance further. Rank 4 empowers un-scoped non-automatic weapons to inflict double damage on a critical hit, and causes scoped non-automatic weapons to knock down enemies. This skill is useful for anyone looking to increase their potential to deal damage using non-automatic weapons.

Perhaps no combat scenario is more frightening, or lethal, as a single-shot weapon wielded by someone skilled in critical shot placement.
The Marksmanship skill has the following ranks and stats:

Increased critical hit chance with non-automatic ranged weapons by 8%. Deal 30 ranged critical hits. 3 
Increased critical hit chance with non-automatic ranged weapons by 15%. Deal 75 ranged critical hits. 4 
Critical hits using a non-automatic ranged weapon without a scope do double damage and those with scopes knock down enemies on the next shot. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Marksmanship console command
If you want to add the Marksmanship Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 002C890B
By repeating the player.addperk 002C890B command, you can bypass the Marksmanship rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Marksmanship skill.
To remove the Marksmanship skill, you can use the following command:
player.removeperk 002C890B
