Starfield Rapid Reloading skill overview
The Starfield Rapid Reloading skill is a tier 3 skill in the Combat skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Rapid Reloading skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.
This skill allows you to reload an array of weapons faster, with more being able to reload more weapons faster as you rank up this skill. As you continue to rank up this skill you will also unlock a chance to not have your reloads interrupted and a chance to increase reload speed upon hitting an enemy.
Reloading weapons leaves you vulnerable, but with this skill you can reduce the time you are vulnerable.

In the chaos of combat, the seconds needed to reload your weapon could be the difference between life and death.
The Rapid Reloading skill has the following ranks and stats:

Reload Ballistic weapons 30% faster. Reload 30 empty magazines. 2 
Reload Energy and EM weapons 30% faster. Reload 75 empty magazines. 3 
Reload Particle Beam weapons 30% faster. 50% chance to avoid getting interrupted while reloading. Reload 150 empty magazines. 4 
Chance on hitting enemies to increase reload speed for all weapons by 50% for 15 seconds. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Rapid Reloading console command
If you want to add the Rapid Reloading Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 002C555A
By repeating the player.addperk 002C555A command, you can bypass the Rapid Reloading rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Rapid Reloading skill.
To remove the Rapid Reloading skill, you can use the following command:
player.removeperk 002C555A
