Starfield Stealth skill overview
The Starfield Stealth skill is a tier 1 skill in the Physical skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Stealth skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.
This skill will add a stealth meter, you will be harder to detect while sneaking, and suppressed weapons will do extra sneak attack damage. Stealth offers an alternative way to either avoid enemies or deal with them silently, this skill is a great way to improve your stealthiness.
In-game Stealth skill description
For a combatant who values discretion above all else, the ability to approach a target while undetected and kill with a silenced weapon is as terrifying as it is effective.
The Stealth skill has the following ranks and stats:

Adds a Stealth Meter. You are 25% more difficult to detect when sneaking. Suppressed weapons do an additional 5% sneak damage. Perform 10 sneak attacks. 2 
Upgrades the Stealth Meter. You are 50% more difficult to detect when sneaking. Suppressed weapons do an additional 10% sneak attack damage. Perform 20 sneak attacks. 3 
You are 75% more difficult to detect when sneaking. Suppressed weapons do an additional 15% sneak attack damage. Perform 40 sneak attacks. 4 
You are 100% more difficult to detect when sneaking. Suppressed weapons do an additional 20% sneak attack damage. Doors you interact with while in stealth no longer alert enemies. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Stealth console command
If you want to add the Stealth Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 002CFCB2
By repeating the player.addperk 002CFCB2 command, you can bypass the Stealth rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Stealth skill.
To remove the Stealth skill, you can use the following command:
player.removeperk 002CFCB2
