Health is one of the most important stats in Starfield, and taking the Starfield Wellness skill will grant you an immediate HP bonus.

Starfield Wellness skill overview
The Starfield Wellness skill is a tier 1 skill in the Physical skill tree. It, as with all Starfield skills, has 4 ranks, beginning at rank 1 and ending at rank 4. In order to progress up the Wellness skill tree, you will need to complete various skill challenges related to the skill in question, and increase your Starfield level to earn skill points. Each rank requires a skill point to unlock.
This skill increases your maximum health the more you rank up this skill. This skill is a great skill for anyone to have as it will let you take more hits before death.
In-game Wellness skill description
By embracing an active lifestyle and good nutrition habits, one may improve their overall sense of health, and even gain prolonged life expectancy.
The Wellness skill has the following ranks and stats:

Increase your maximum health by 10%. Heal 200 damage. 2 
Increase your maximum health by 20%. Heal 500 damage. 3 
Increase your maximum health by 30%. Heal 1000 damage. 4 
Increase your maximum health by 40%. You have mastered this skill.
How to unlock Wellness console command
If you want to add the Wellness Starfield skill to your character without increasing your Starfield level or expending a skill point, simply open the Starfield console command window with the apostrophe (‘) or tilde (~) key and enter the following command:
player.addperk 002CE2E1
By repeating the player.addperk 002CE2E1 command, you can bypass the Wellness rank-up challenge and unlock the next rank. Entering the above command four times will unlock the rank 4 Wellness skill.
To remove the Wellness skill, you can use the following command:
player.removeperk 002CE2E1
