Red Tape Blues is a Starfield Miscellaneous quest. Red Tape Blues is preceded by no particular mission, and followed by Red Tape Runaround.
A mining boss at Cydonia is having issues replacing his equipment. The higher-ups are only willing to replace the aging and failing equipment if the mining crew can prove they can exceed their mining quota. Trevor wants you to do some mining and bring him the goods to boost their mining quota, but without a paper trail.
Red Tape Blues objectives
