John Tuala

John Tuala is a Lieutenant of the United Colonies faction, and a possible recruitment agent for the Vanguard.

Lieutenant John Tuala is a member of the United Colonies faction, serving under Fleet Admiral Pascual Logan. Very little is known about John, only that his commanding officer refers to him as “a Lieutenant at MAST for the Vanguard.”

The Vanguard are a division of the United Colonies. Joining up and earning merits can bring you considerable rewards, even citizenship in New Atlantis.
