Pirates beware of Fleet Admiral Pascual Logan. Pascual is the leader of the United Colonies faction based in an as yet unknown location.
But what is known about Pascual is that his approach towards piracy is… nuclear. This Fleet Admiral has a zero-tolerance policy in place for the Crimson Fleet. Some communication from him spotted in the first Starfield trailers sums up his stance towards pirates very clearly.
He writes:
