Sculptor background overview
Every Starfield background offers a unique twist to your playthrough, often arising during conversations with NPCs, and giving you opportunities for better rewards. Once you have selected your background during the Starfield character creation menu, you will be unable to change it, even if you visit a Genetics Facility such as ENHANCE – New Atlantis. The only way to change your background later is to use a Starfield console command.
