In Starfield, two optional NPCs become available when you take the Kid Stuff trait. One of these NPCs is your Starfield Mom, and a percentage of your income will go towards her care.
Depending on the choices you make in the character creation menu, Mom’s appearance will change to conform to your choices, and the same will occur to the Dad NPC.
