Solomon Coe is remembered as one of the early settlers of the Cheyenne system, and the founder of its very first settlement Akila City in 2167.
Coe is a pivotal figure in the Starfield timeline. It was Coe that invited the system of Volii to ally with Cheyenne. This alliance was named the Freestar Collective when it was officially formed in 2188.
It wasn’t long before the Freestar Collective came into conflict with the United Colonies, and the Narion War broke out in 2196.
