Vesta

Vesta is a planet which the Freestar Collective faction began to farm in 2307 AD. This small act resulted in the breakdown of relations between the Freestar Collective and the United Colonies, ultimately beginning the Colony War. Vesta was besieged by the United Colonies (UC), with all of Vesta’s inhabitants perishing at the hands of the UC.

By performing a scan of Vesta from orbit, you will be able to see how many resources Vesta has, and where they are distributed if you wish to build a resource extractor at an outpost. Should you land on the planet, you can find small resource nodes scattered throughout the environment.
